ಭೂಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ಶರತ್ತು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ- ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌

ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಅಡಿ ಭೂ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿಯ ಶರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಭೂ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಮಹತ್ವದ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಆರ್. ದೇವದಾಸ್ ಅವರಿದ್ದ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠ ಈ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.
